As a contributor, we will recognize you in the space below, on program material which will be distributed to each attendee, and during the event itself. We will also provide you with a thank you letter and tax receipt for deduction purposes following the event.

Family Prizes come from you--the attendees! Please bring a Family Prize to share on the Family Prize table.
